Refund Policy

1. Cleaning Services
All cleaning service sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to fix any missed areas at no extra charge.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full. These fees are non-refundable.
3. Subscription Plans
Subscription payments are non-refundable once billed. You may cancel your subscription at any time after your first billing date to avoid future charges. No partial refunds are given for unused cleanings within a billing cycle. Unused cleanings do not roll over.
4. Gift Items
Free or bonus gifts included with subscription plans are non-refundable, even if the subscription is canceled. No, gifts cannot be taken off of subscriptions to lower the price. No subscriptions or cleaning services can be altered in any way, shape, or form.
