Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
All services must be booked in advance. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept electronic payments only.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a 50% service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
3. Access to Property
Client is responsible for providing access at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Clean-Up Scope
Services are limited to the tasks discussed during booking. Extra tasks or extended time will incur additional charges. Deep stains, biohazards, or hoarding-level messes must be disclosed during walkthrough, and will be charged additionally accordingly.
5. Safety & Environment
We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions. All pets must be secured during cleaning. All furniture in the way of cleaning area(s) must be moved prior to appointment. Sparkle Squad MN holds no liability for any furniture or items broken, damaged, or missing, during, before, or after we service you. In the event we do actually damage furniture or items (that weren't covered up to appear as if it was done during your cleaning service), we will let the home owner know immediately via email or text & can discuss replacement or discounted services as deemed necessary by Owner.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re unsatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of your service. We’ll gladly return to address reasonable concerns at no extra cost.
7. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew monthly. Free gift values are estimated and may vary. Gifts cannot be altered in any way, shape, or form, in order to receive subscriptions for lower pricing. Nor can the client pick the gift. The gifts are chosen with thought and care for each individual client. Cancellation of subscriptions is only allowed after the first billing date via email or text.
