My name is NeiYana (Yana) Roby, and I am the founder and Owner of Sparkle Squad MN. Being raised in North Minneapolis, (graduated class of 2013, with Honors from NHCS), I was always taught; a clean home, means a happy home. I put a lot of careful planning, love, time, and dedication into creating my cleaning business. As an Autistic mom, it has been hard finding employment that won't misjudge me before I even get the chance to introduce myself in an interview. I decided to create my own career path, hoping to show all children, no matter how different they are, including my own, that they CAN own a successful business! All there is to it, is to do it!
